Contributor Public Use - Guest Access
If you, your company or organisation, has featured in a TVNZ produced story or programme, and you would like to purchase a copy for your website or social media page, you may be eligible for our discounted TVNZ Guest Access rate.
Examples of Guest Access use include:
- You featured in a Country Calendar episode that you would like to post on your farm website.
- You were interviewed on Breakfast and want to put the interview on your Facebook page.
- You want to post an interview you for did for Seven Sharp on your LinkedIn page.
Fees are based on content duration and range from $1000 to $3,500 (plus GST). Payment in full is required before the content will be released.
To make a request, please send an email with “Guest Access” in the subject line to DPL_Ext_Requests@tvnz.co.nz and ensure you include the following in the body of the email:
- Name of the programme you appeared in
- Date and time it went to air
- Name and URL of the platform where you would like to post the item
Please note the following restrictions and conditions apply for Guest Access:
- Only transmitted content can be supplied
- The entire duration of the content must be used
- The content cannot be cropped or edited in any way
- Content can only be used on the Licensee's website or social media platform
- Content cannot be used on third party websites for any purpose
- Under no circumstances can the content be used for advertising

You are welcome to share the TVNZ+ link with friends, include it on your social media pages, or make it available on your website. Please note the link only works within New Zealand and it will no longer work once the content is removed from TVNZ+ webpage.
